Looking at your picture, it looks like your St. Germain might be slightly oxidized. You’ve got a nice set up, and I didn’t notice any vermouth on the shelves which means its probably in the fridge. Thats where I’d keep the St Germain too. After all, its a wine at 20% alcohol and can still oxidize at that level. My rule of thumb is to keep anything under 25% (50proof) in the fridge. Nice diggs.
